The City of Hood River has declared a State of Emergency that includes a ban on the use of personal fireworks. Please note that this includes all Port of Hood River properties and the entire waterfront. The Hood River EyeOpeners Lions Club fireworks display will happen as planned, but no personal fireworks of any kind are allowed anywhere on the waterfront.
