Ongoing HVAC Maintenance and Inspection Services

The Port of Hood River hereby provides notice of its intent to approve or disapprove an exemption from the qualification-based selection process for an HVAC services contract, associated findings, and an associated contract, as required by ORS 279C.335. The contract will cover ongoing HVAC maintenance, inspection services, and certain on-call related HVAC services. The Port intends to take action on this exemption on December 17, 2024. In response to a written request, the Port will hold a public hearing to gather comments on the exemption findings at the same meeting. Should no request for a public hearing be received, the Port may still choose to hold one in connection with its actions on this exemption. If a hearing is conducted, interested parties will have the opportunity to appear and comment.
