PROPERTY MANAGER - FULL TIME 

The Port of Hood River is excited to announce an opening for a Property Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage and oversee the operations of our commercial and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive tenant relationships. Responsibilities include leasing, maintenance coordination, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Port of Hood River is seeking two entry-level Facilities Worker II positions to assist with the maintenance and repair of Port-owned buildings, facilities, and landscaped grounds. Working under the Facilities Supervisor, this position involves custodial duties, minor maintenance, and supporting emergency situations such as monitoring fire alarms. The role requires good communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and occasionally be "On Call" to respond to emergencies at any hour.
