If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please complete the form below to submit a dispute. Disputes are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days.
If your dispute involves a sold, rented, leased, or stolen vehicle, you must provide supporting documentation, such as a bill of sale, rental/lease agreement, or a police report/insurance claim. If the information cannot be verified through the DMV or required documents are missing, your dispute may be denied.
Please note that submitting a dispute does not guarantee the dismissal of charges. To avoid additional fees, we recommend paying the toll while your dispute is under review. If your dispute is approved, eligible charges may be refunded.
