Enrolled tribal members, tribal government employees, and CRITFC employees can apply for a Tribal Member BreezeBy Account to receive toll-free travel on the Hood River-White Salmon Interstate Bridge. This exemption is granted under Port Resolution No. 2022-23-8, which formally recognizes toll-free passage for eligible individuals.

How to Apply

1. Fill Out the Online Registration Form – Complete the form below with your personal and vehicle information.
   • If you already have a BreezeBy pass, do not complete this form. Instead, contact the Port office directly at 541-386-1645 or frontdesk@portofhoodriver.com to update your account.
2. Upload Proof of Eligibility – Attach one of the following documents:
   • A current tribal enrollment card (for tribal members).
   • A tribal government employee badge (for tribal employees).
   • A CRITFC employee badge (for CRITFC employees).
3. Approval of your BreezeBy account is pending verification of your proof of eligibility. Once your proof is received and reviewed, you will be notified regarding the status of your account.
4. If you prefer to complete the application in person, you can pick up a paper application at the Port office located at 1000 E Port Marina Drive, Hood River, OR 97031.

This toll waiver does not apply to the Bridge of the Gods. If you plan to use your pass there, please contact the Port office first for clarification.
