January 18, 2022Meeting change note: The Port of Hood River Board of Commissioners Regular Session will be held via remote videoconference, due to COVID concerns. The meeting will be live-streamed on the Port's YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8FKwopuaecfMwdjKO1HdwA
The Port of Hood River Board of Commissioners Regular Session meeting begins at 5:00 PM in the Port Marina Center Conference Room located at 1000 E. Port Marina Drive, Hood River, OR 97031. COVID protocols are in place. Masks are required everywhere in the Port building with the exception of employees and board members while seated at their individual work station. Social distancing of at least 6 feet distance is strongly encouraged in the meeting room and staff will be onhand to assist with seating arrangements.
The Commission welcomes public comment during the public comment period. With the exception of factual questions, the Commission does not immediately discuss issues raised during public comment. The Commission will either refer concerns raised during public comment to the Executive Director for a response or will request that the issue be placed on a future meeting agenda. People distributing copies of materials as part of their testimony should bring 10 copies. Written comment on issues of concern may be submitted to the Port via email to porthr@gorge.net or regular mail to Port of Hood River, Attn: Board of Commissioners, 1000 E. Port Marina Drive, Hood River, OR 97031 at any time. Written comment received by close of business the day before the meeting will be distributed electronically to the Commissioners.
